    I've been with TWC for a long time with lots of disappointments,And when Spectrom bought them Out I thought things would change.I recently received a upgrade offer from the new company which I called to signup for.But all this was a scam to get you to call in and for them to pressure you to upgrade at a higher price than the offer they sent in the mail. As soon as another company gets their equipment setup in my area I'm gone.My time is as important as theirs. More...
