Upgrade Offer - Internet and cable tv upgrade

I've been with TWC for a long time with lots of disappointments,And when Spectrom bought them
Out I thought things would change.I recently received a upgrade offer from the new company which I called to signup for.But all this was a scam to get you to call in and for them to pressure you to upgrade at a higher price than the offer they sent in the mail.
As soon as another company gets their equipment setup in my area I'm gone.My time is as important as theirs.
